Change Properties Flyout Gone

My Change Properties Flyout wont come up anymore. ???

Off screen? Try switching workspaces to a different one and see if it comes back. Gear icon on the bottom toolbar.

Please search a picture in help[F1] or google to show us what you talk about.
If you searching for properties palette, is CTRL+1 helpful?

yes, "Properties Palate".  I do a Ctrl + 1 and it comes up _properties but it doesnt show up.

Ctrl + 1 again = _propertiesclose but there is nothing to close.

I've checked all the edges of my screen, I don't see it auto hiding anywhere.
