CHANGE ALTERNATE DIMENSION TEXT SIZE

I want to change the size of the text on only one of my dimensions in a drawing.  I edited just that specific dim and manually changed the text size from 2000 to 800. The primary text changed to size 800 but the alternate text stays at 2000. How do I change the size of the alternate dimension text to match the primary size text?

Are you not using Annotative text and dimensions? That's how we do it now in the year 2019 in AUtoCAD, manually overriding dims like that will only increase your workload and slow your workflows the longer you work in the file. And who needs that.

Post your DWG file as well please, pretty pictures only show us the symptom you are reporting, not the underlying restrictions you added to your dimstyle.

No I am not using Annotative dimensions as I have no idea what that even means. Everyone has had different experiences and I have only needed to use CAD the way I use CAD. Excuse me for not being up on the latest whatevers. I have been getting by just fine. I  came here for help and I all I got was an insulting reply. This is the first time I have asked a question on here and will probably be my last. Thanks a lot.

I am not able to post the CAD file on a public forum as it contains confidential information. I just created and used a separate dimstyle for that specific dimension. It may be a dinosaur answer, but it will work. Have a good day.
