Cannot see drawing

Hi,

There's an issue with my AUTOCAD LT 2025. I have a drawing open but I cant view it in my model space or paperspace. But when I press Ctrl +A, I can see that the drawing is actually there and it gets selected. What do you think has gone wrong?

As a backstory, this issue started when my ribbon went missing. I was not able to fix the issue so I reset it to factory settings. Since then my drawings are opening like this. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing as well. 

Ctrl +A is pressed in.Drawing is open. But cant view it.

Make sure you've downloaded the latest 2025.1.2 LT updates.

Then enter at command prompt:

GFXDX12

0

Now close & restart LT and see if the problem is resolved.

No, that didnt work. I have updated my post with some more information. Would you know how to fix it?

Enter command GraphicsConfig, do a screenshot & post that here.

Also enter command ABOUT, do a screenshot & post that here as well.

@harryX7QCZ Did you restart your PC yet?

DO THIS: Start GRWAPHICSCONFIG command inside LT2025, then toggle off the button that is called HARDWARE ACCELERATION. 

Does your display issue go away?

Your reset of the program removed whatever setting you used to have to fix your graphics card issue, so now we have to hunt for it back again.
