Can't Create Users

I just purchased and annual AC LT 2015 license and installed the software successfully. I was using it just fine this morning and then it stopped working and said I need to contact the Administrator for persmission. After a bunch of research I learned that I needed to create a user and assign persmisssions. I have tried this a million different ways and it just keeps going back to '0 users' after I add. 

 

HELP!

I have the same issue, purchased and downloaded the 2016 version, have the serial and key, and cannot get the user proficle to show correctly and cannot use the product. Every time I purchase an Autodesk product I have a similar issue and support says they'll resolve it in 24 hours, never do, and never call me back. Third product I've purchased and I wish there were competitors so I could spend my money elsewhere. 

 

Tobeyv- supposedly they're having global issues about this- and maybe at some point they'll let their consumers know how to fix it. I got someone to supposedly fix it but they linked the wrong product to the wrong user- and my recently purchased prodcut doesn't even show up on my management side of the user profile. Frustrated.

With subscription you both paid for direct support: log into your subscription center, click on MANAGE or any page link other than the initial log-in, at the top right is a SUPPORT Pulldown menu, get the help you paid for there.

If you fee you also need to post somewhere else too, do so in the correct forum where Autodesk staff answer these types of questions here http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/bd-p/24
