bought Autocad LT 2015 with subscription (1 Year) but ...

Gents, we bought the Autocad LT subscription about 1 year ago with Insight reseller. Now our Licensing Server advise me we need to installa the 2016 regarding the subscription done. The problem is that we haven't the serial number of the new version. Could you please suggest us how we fix it ?
