Block Editor Issue After 2018 Update

Not applicable

I am having problems editing a block since updating from Autocad Lt 2015 to 2018 version.

The block is from a 2d drawing created by fusion 360. In 2015 I could right click on the block, open with block editor, and successfully edit in 2d autocad, rather than having to go through the absolute nightmare of trying to make changes in fusion and re-export to 2D.

However since updating to 2018, when I open block editor, all I get is a grey screen??

See screenshots for reference:

This is a graphically equipped machine so doubt it is a hardware issue.

If you do a select all in the block editor does it pick up anything?

LT2018.0.2 (latest versions) seems to be able to edit your block in both BEDIT and REFEDIT commands with no issues

Is there some step that I missed? Or did I grab the incorrect block?

Yes that is the correct block, but it just does not work for me. I went back to 2015 to test and it worked fine.

Perhaps its some kind of compatibility issue between 2018 and my graphics card or driver.

Don't know my friend, all works well here in LT2018 with your file.

Did you try the file I reposted in my last reply? I saved it in LT2018 after I took the screenshots.

I know this is an older thread, but I didnt see any response to what @pendean posted about testing in 2018.0.2.  Perhaps @Anonymous your problem is that you didnt have all the current updates installed.  Since this thread was last posted to, 2018.1 and 2018.1.1 were released.  2018.1.1 supposedly includes all the previous updates, and was released around 9/6/2017.  Were you ever able to solve this in 2018?  did you check to see that your software was up to date?
