Black Friday sale prices

Hi,
I can't believe that Autodesk would throw a 50% discount to potential customers for Black Friday... all the more annoying having signed up for the monthly subscription on the 23rd November!! Given that it was only the next day that you announced the Black Friday sale, and two later that you confirmed the pricing to a very palatable annual subscription, will Autodesk refund my first mornth subscription and allow me to convert to the annual subscription at £186?
I hope we can sort this out.

Hi,

You're stars... just recieved your mail saying that you'd cancelled and refunded the monthly subscription, and I've just bought the Black Friday annual subscription.

I wish the vast majority of other suppliers could be as understanding of the importance of customer care... looking forward to my first year as an AutoCAD user.
