BATTMAN Command

I have just installed autocad lt 2017 and I am trying to edit a block with attributes created in a different version. When I type in the command BATTMAN I get a message 'Unknown Command'. having tried this on a 2015 version there is no problem. Can anyone suggest how I get the command working?

Did you use the 'migration' option when installing or first running LT2017? The command is there, works fine. You might have to reset LT2017 or reinstall it without the migration option first.

Also make sure LT2017 is updated and patched: it doesn't happen on it's own.

Thanks for the prompt response. I didn't use the migration feature and this was a clean install. I did however try looking for a patch and found update SP1 which was issued some time before I installed this version. having run the patch the command is now working so either I wasn't up to date or this has just repaired the previous version. Strangely enough if I select help on the toolbar then the bottom option on the list says 'About AutoCAD LT 2015'. Further more if I select this option I get a screen which has copyright 2016 Autodesk, Inc

kind regards

Andrew

LT2017 was released in the year 2016: that's the copyright year 🙂
