Batch plot

I am having issues batch plotting it gives me the error that the device wasnt found.

What is the printer named in your page setup and is that exactly the same name as it is installed on your computer?

Can you post images of both. 

The only reason why it says that is either the device is not plugged in or they are named slightly differently?

Actually is it on a network? The other way it might not find the device is if the IP address has changed.

Why not try a different pagesetup, or better yet, why not PUBLISH to PDF then try to print from there to your Ricoh to see the correct name of the device and confirm it is working first @kberroJR2MV

I assume you disabled background printing?
