BATCH PLOT NOT PLOTTING

I'M USING AUTOCAD 2017. WHEN I SET UP THE BATCH PLOT TO A PRINTER OR BLUE BEAM AND TRY TO PLOT, IT SENDS OVER THE INFORMATION AND DOESN'T PLOTS ANYTHING. IT DOESN'T SHOW ANY ERRORS OR THAT ANYTHING WENT WRONG. I CAN PLOT 1 DRAWING AT A TIME JUST FINE. VERY FRUSTRATING ANY IDEAS?

is this a sudden new problem, or is this a new installation of AutoCAD 2017?
Do you have background publishing (batch plot) on by chance? YOu need to turn it off.

Is WIndows showing any prints in progress in your system tray?

The batch plot from dwg to pdf is working. Batch plot to printer shows no errors and says it sent, but not printing anything. I have something going on from the pc to the printer. It will print singles but not a batch plot.

The background publish is not on. In the windows tray it shows to be completed and this is an issue since the set up of this PC.

Verify the pagesetup you are using is not the problem.

PUBLISH RULE OF THUMB:
1. Launch Publish from a drawing that is not part of the publish set, but is configured with all your possible sheets and plotter options.
2. Bring in all the drawings/tabs to be published.
3. Import the pagesetup desired from the template file (in your case, one set up for exacting desired output).
4. PUBLISH.

Thanks for the advice it turns out that when the printer was set up the name was not type in right so autocad was not finding the printer. after the name change of the printer in the devices and printer set up it worked.
