Basic Print to PDF Question

I am new to Autodesk. I have been at it for 3 hours trying to print/create pdf. I took an existing DWG print and added to it. There are colors. I cannot for the life of me print anything but a blank page. Any help would be great.

I can plot with the existing drawing by not what I added to it.

Post a screenshot of your plot dialog box so we can see what settings you're using

A couple of things I would try.

1. Change from DISPLAY to WINDOW and then choose a window.

2. Change the GRAYSCALE.CTB to ACADLT.CTB this will change from printing grayscale to printing colour.

Otherwise all your other settings look fine.

Thanks! That got me closer.
I now shows the existing drawing but not the items I added.

Any ideas?

Make sure that the items you've added are not on the defpoints layer, or on a layer which has the plotting switched off (see the image below) or that their colour isn't True White (255,255,255) in the RGB tab.

I forgot to mention. Turn off the PLOT IN BACKGROUND. That can really slow your printing down

You drew your content on a noplot layer perhaps: if you are still confused, post your actual DWG file, let's all see your work.

Autodesk is the company name BTW
