Autodesk Poor Support

How does anyone speak to autodesk support, not a salees agent or a third party support reseller, but an actual employee of Autodesk who provides technical support. Do these people exist? if so how does anyone reach them?    Do I need to start my own offshore competitor to Autodesk to get their attention?

Why don't you take advantage of this community and ask your questions here?

Well, since you ask;

Because we ALL pay a subscription, and therefore expect something in return.   Support is Not too much to ask for, is it?   in Autodesk model you never own software, so you're not purchasing anything. therefore you pay a subscription for temporary use, right? then it should come with support.

Resolving issues through forum is nothing more than a cost savings for Autodesk.  Free staff!  It's like leasing a car perpetually (same car) and relying on other customers for support.

If it's not included with the price, then yes it is.

You may not realize it but it's probably a better resource (depending on your issue) and more responsive than company provided (paid) support. You get people that are actually using the software on a regular basis in the real world.
