Autocad Desktop App will not open so that I can download update 2019.1.2. Is there another way to get this download? Or is there a reason why that desktop app will not open?

You might try uninstalling the desktop app and installing the latest version from here.

Thanks for the response. I quit trying last night and I guess it just needed to sleep. I booted up early this morning and the app opened up with out any problems, I was able to download the update quickly.
