Hello,

I hope anybody can help me with the following question:

When I want to paste anything in modelspace or block editor, my autocad keeps zooming when I click the insertion point

Greetings,

You probably need to turn off UCSFOLLOW command in the DWG file you are in: look up that command in HELP in the program.

That's unfortunate.

Did you reboot your PC yet?
Try different DWG files (to and from) to see if the issue is only with your destination or source file?

Confirm your "paste" method is not also adding other commands and settings?
Do you have an add-on to your AutoCAD?
Is your AutoCAD fully updated and current? And how do you find out it is or sure if you think the answer is yes?

@fransHQQDQ Thank you so much for taking the time to answer each of my question.

I suspect your next steps are:

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-reset-AutoC...

and possibly

https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Clean-uninstall.ht... followed by a reinstall.

OR... Here are ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:

Thank you very much,

for today I installed 2024 but it had the same problem.

later I installed 2025 and this didn`t have the problem.

Tomorrow I will try your reset to see if this helped just to know the solution for this in stead of working with 2025
