AutoCAD stop working while Plot to pdf!!

I’ve got problem while I am creating pdf drawings. AutoCAD stop working every time I trie to do it. „Sending plotter to pdf” and nothing is going on. I got this problem yesterday, before that it worked well. How to fix it?

Questions:

1a) What pdf device are you using?

1b) Enter Plot command, do a screenshot & share that here

2) Does the problem occur on a blank dwg?

3) What version of AutoCAD are you using?

4) Do you have the latest updates installed?

2) it freeze everytime when I plot to pdf

1) Your Plot window screenshot actually shows that you're using a built-in AutoCAD device called DWG To PDF.pc3 & not Adobe Acrobat.

Does the problem occur when you plot using DWG To PDF.pc3?

Also when using DWG To PDF.pc3 instead of User 1 why not use the built-in ISO A3 paper size?

I use DWG to PDF for 10 years and it always worked.

I use User 1 because use various types of paper size - roll paper, e.g. 297x800mm, 420x650mm. 

Does the problem occur when you plot using DWG To PDF.pc3 - Yes, but the problem started yesterday. Everything was working fine until yesterday.

I've had this issue as well

The way I like to test is always go back to the basics which means:

1) built-in pdf device, ie: Dwg To Pdf.pc3, AutoCAD PDF (Smallest File).pc3, AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3, AutoCAD PDF (High Quality Print).pc3

2) built-in paper size ie: ISO A3 (420.00 x 297.00 MM)

3) a blank dwg

Does it still lock up when you've tried that?

Another thing to try would be to reset your LT:

Hello, and welcome to the forum!  Have you both had a chance to look over the post made earlier in this thread by @imadHabash?  It appears to have a solution from Autodesk that could help.
