AutoCad Lt has lost the ability to show the main ribbon and the command Promote.
I have visited a number of online forum, who indicate the the command line can be retrieved be pressing :Ctri and 9 at the same time. this is not working for me. as i believe a file is either missing or is not active ("CUILOAD"). would you be able to arrange for someone to get in contact with me to help.
