AutoCAD LT - Mass Properties - only partial results

I have a problem with MASSPROPERTIES which is driving me nuts ... sometimes, it refuses to calculate Ixx/Iyy and I can't figure out WHY.

I have already confirmed that ALL elements have a Z value of zero and all items are a polyline which can be regioned (and no double up of lines on top of each other!). NONE of the shapes pictured here will give me Ixx/Iyy results, but in other drawings, they will!
😕
It's

very confusing - any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Are the regions coplanar with respect to the XY plane of the current UCS?

ALL lines/arcs etc have a Z value of 0 (before being polylined and regioned).
UCS is set to WORLD.
I am getting successful MASSPROPERTIES from other shapes within this drawing.

I have figured it out - it is a Z value problem, HIDDEN in the decimal places ... many items within the drawing are +/- 0.0001 off zero in the Z. So it's not immediately apparent (properties reporting items as being Z=0 ... when they're NOT!).

So - even though you can check that everything is correct, the moment you move a region to a snap of another item, it essentially becomes infected and spreads like a virus 😞

How a Z value even entered into Autocad Lt (when it's strictly 2D only) is beyond my skillset 😕

And because it's Autocad Lt (my boss believes he's saving money by paying the cheaper software option) I no longer have the "FLATTEN" utility to do a broad range fix of this.

If you select all items in the drawing you can manually change all the "Z" "Elevation" values for objects just by using the properties menu. Just make sure you use the dropdown menu to change the elements. See the image below
