AutoCAD LT licence

I have a full AutoCAD licence.  Can I install and run LT alongside my full AutoCAD using this licence..  I work in full but need to check items still ok in LT.

AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT are separate applications that require separate licenses.

So to answer your question, no.

Would DWG Trueview work for you? It's a viewer only, with no editing or saving capabilities.

Q: if you have AutoCAD, why do you need LT "to check items"?

AutoCAD and AutoCAD LT are separate products. You'll need to run separate licenses for each product.

Is this a temporary situation for a particular project?

Please let me know if you need more information on licensing per product.

Hi Dean.  yes it might seem odd but other users here have only LT and customisation or advanced parts I use in full AutoCAD do not always work in LT so have LT as well enable me to see if it works ok in both.
