AutoCAD LT - How can I draw a Multileader that uses the same text as the previous leader?

I would like to recreate a Multileader that uses the same text as the previous leader. I would not like to copy the previous leader. I would like to draw a leader from scratch that uses the same text. In other words can I match properties of a previous Mleader including the text before drawing the next Mleader?

I know 2 workarounds:

1) Add Multileader with the given text to the Tool Palettes

2) Entering the text into the MLeader Style Manager dialogue box's Default Text section.

Unfortunately none of thgese workarounds are efficient for my purposes.

You seem to know the answers you are limited to in LT: you have to create that content somewhere to grab and reuse when/where you need it.

Thanks @pendean for your asnwer. By "grab & reuse" do you mean move a copy and make its arrow point to the new location?
