I recently installed AutoCAD on my home pc and it has been crashing. Whenever I try to save a file, I get the following errors:
This happened on 2019, so I uninstalled and tried 2020, and the same thing happens. This happens with all files, new or editing ones from work. I have not had any version of AutoCAD working on this PC before. I'm using Windows 10 64 bit, with an AMD Ryzen 5 2600, 16 gb of RAM and an RTX 2080. All drivers and software are up to date. I tried to roll back the graphics driver to the "Creative Ready Driver" (419.67) and this did not help. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

All software and drivers are up to date.
The graphics card is not certified.
My computer meets all the system requirements for autocad 2020.
Directx is installed and up to date.
I've tried with hardware accel on and off.
.NET framework is up to date.
I have not tried uninstalling and reinstalling the microsoft visual c++, some were not available to download from the microsoft site, so I skipped this possible solution.
There's no drawing corruption, as I've tried with new drawings.
For anyone else who runs into this problem, if you enabled another language on your computer, one of the settings was causing the crashes. Autodesk emailed me this solution.
Hi @mmihara,
Thank you for returning to post your solution in the forum for other members! I am glad to hear that you were able to resolve the crashes.
All the very best,
That link no longer seems to work. Could you please tell me the steps to follow for this issue? My Autocad LT 2020 is having the same issue.
Kind regards,
Elliott
