AutoCAD LT crashes when I click on visibility states??

Hi,

I'm having a problem when editing a block with visibility states, that whenever I click on the visibility states button on the ribbon to bring up  the states menu AutoCAD LT freezes and crashes. Has anyone had the same problem or know a work around?

I use ALT+SPACE then select move. Then use the Arrow keys to move it left or right. It should they free up the mouse to move the box around free-form.
