AutoCAD LT - 3D linetype generation

How can I work line type generation in auto cad lt on 3d surveyed polylines to show linetypes?

There is not option to "flatten".

"LINETYPE3DPLINEOFF" is also not supported on CAD-LT

"plinegen" doesn't help as they are already drawn and changing the "Z" coordinate to "0" doesn't work!

Any help would be great!

Thanks

Have you checked the linetype scale on the line?

Post a section of the relevant drawing and we can have a look at it and point you in the right direction

I have checked the scale but I dont think that will work while they are in 3d. Cant figure out how to flatten them on CAD LT without re-drawing everything thats need a dotted line. An example file is attached here.

Thanks

@daniel.keane576BR The LT version of AutoCAD does not 'flatten' 3D objects, sorry.
And there are no 3D AutoCAD tools in the LT version either.

Here is the "front" view of your content, it's not flat, 3DPolylines can be exploded into lines, the other elements in it (lines etc.) and the new lines can be manually set to Z=0 in PROPERTIES in LT but that may alter your plan view a bit

For an example I turned off all the layers apart from "Top of Slope" I then exploded the 3D polyline. I selected all the lines and changed their start and end z values to 0. I then joined them into one polyline again and changing the linetype scale then resulted in the line showing as a dashed line
