AutoCAD LT 2025 - using gis coordinates in the drawing

Hi

I've just installed the new AutoCAD LT 2025, and i wanted to use the Ersi Imagery feature, which when you use it prompts you to select an gis coordinate system.

But the problem i'm facing, which is probably because of my lack of knowlegde, is when i get the imagery in the drawing, it does not use the gis coordinate system i set to display the object coordinates in the drawing.

I bacically just want to use the gis coordinates system and the units for the gis coordinate system in the drawing, and when i select an object, it displays the coordinates according to my set coordinate system. And the drawing origin should be at the coordinate system's origin, and not in some arbitrary location in the drawing.

Does this make sense?

It doesn't work this way in AutoCAD, nor in LT. But you can use the Geo2GPS tool (free) to add labels displaying GIS coordinates. See https://www.cadforum.cz/en/geo2gps-web-map-from-any-coordinate-of-an-autocad-dwg-tip12914 - it works also in LT 2024/2025+.
