AUTOCAD LT 2025 crashes, slow operating

I am running AutoCAD LT 2025 on a Dell Precision 3591 laptop with Ultra 7 core, 32GB RAM. Its a company laptop. I constantly have AutoCAD crashes (2-3 a day), AutoCAD lags (bad latency, sticky pointer, commands lag, etc....). I have had our IT try to fix issues, but to no avail. I don't think our IT knows AutoCAD well enough to help.  As far as I can tell the laptop itself is set up to run a program like AutoCAD without issue. What can I do or look for to remedy these problems?

FYI: LT forum is over here:

AutoCAD LT Forum - Autodesk Community

Make sure LT 2025 latest updates are installed.

Perhaps graphics card incompatible?

Try this:

At command prompt enter:
GFXDX12
0
Thats a zero, close & restart AutoCAD LT
If still no good, at command prompt enter:
GRAPHICSCONFIG
Select another option under 2D Display Settings

@joshua_heardNSA6R Read this recent post from a valid resource about Dell Laptops with AutoCAD

Also ensure your LT2025 is updated to this level
