AutoCAD LT 2020 stuck initialiazing/downloading

I have gone to my Autodesk Account to download/install my product and have done the WebInstall option, however is taking forever. The Splash screen does not change from: "Initializing" and Downloading.... 

I have left the computer connected to the network for several hours but nothing ever happens, just hangs. I get no error messages and I have admin rights to my laptop.

Any suggestions??

use the browser download method instead from your account
