Hello Guys,
I am an IT Tech trying to help out my coworker here. When I run the AutoCAD, and trying to do: Insert and Browse, somehow the program not responding. Can you guys help me on this? I have tried this on another coworker who has the same program, and it did the same thing.

Not really, the problem is this there, we could not use the software at all. But, the Autodesk Customer Support is AWESOME! the have us our licenses upgraded to newer version which is AutoCAD LT 2012.
