AutoCAD -2008 getting hang on startup

hi friends,

my autocad getting hang on startup even i have reinstalled it but same problem is occuring.....

i have attached here with image of my desktop.....

plz help me... ( i have license copy)

A reinstall is sometimes not enough:

And if you by chance disconnected your PC from the network, or the Internet,
that may be the actual problem instead.
