APPLOAD is an unknown command in LT 2023?

I'm trying to load a lisp routine in 2023... no joy.  I tried adding it through acaddoc.lsp in the Support directory, but the resulting message is that I need the Administrators permission to add that file to the Support folder.

I want to stop Autocad from creating additional layer states "LMANxxxxx...." when I open the Layer States Man. Manager.

No LISP (and no EXPRESS TOOLS) in any LT versions of AutoCAD. None. Zip. Nada.

Sorry, you subscribed to the wrong AutoCAD version for that /those abilities.

For your second item, LMANxxx are conversions already in your file, they are not new or newly created in LT2023: we have an office full of LT2023 users and none of us have that issue at all, except in old files with convertible content of course.

Those conversions take place in all modern versions of AutoCAD too when LMAN is started. Not much you can do about them except to delete them if you don't want them, then SAVE your file(s).

I haven't used express tools in eons. If I were to create new layer states in my template and delete the old, would that stop these other express tools layer states from converting to Autocad layer states? I see that Layer States is not purgeable from a drawing....but is there a way to delete E.T. Layer States?

@mingusdrafting deleted content never comes back. Recreate your template file(s) without them this time, you can delete each and every one from your LAYER STATES MANAGER pop-up. If it takes you more than 60-seconds per file (or template file) I'd be very surprised.
