Annotative, Dynamic Blocks with Attributes Scale Issue

So please bare with me as this is the second or third time I ask for help with this issue.

I'm working in AutoCAD LT 2018 (but this also happens in Full AutoCAD).

I have created several Annotative blocks with Attributes, some Dynamic and other not.

No issues inserting the or using the blocks but many times when reopening the drawings the blocks

BLOWUP for lack of a better word.

Below is what it's supposed to loo like....

It's as if the the Annotation or the Dynamic settings reset.

Even the simple Room Name which is just an Annotative block with a Multiline Attribute for the Name and simple attribute for the Number goes wild.

The other Block that is messed up is an Elevation Tag...you know EL. +12'-0" T.O.S. etc....

It's Annotative with multiline attributes.  It's also annotative it flips and the leg stretches.

I can temporarily fix them with ATTSYNC but the next time I or others open the file BOOM!

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Can you post the block so we can take a look at the different settings?

The problem is with the multiline attributes, looking on the web there was a problem with the 2018 version that is fixed with the latest update. Is your copy fully updated type 'About' to see the version number you should be using 2018.1.2.

You need to log into your account and check for the updates.
