Add arrowhead to existing Polyline in LT 2022

Can someone please explain and show how I add an arrowhead to an existing Polyline in LT 2022.  Tried to find a good explanation on Youtube, but no sucess.

You draw the arrow then place it anywhere you want: or if the arrow is already a block, you can insert it anywhere you want.

Or erase the PLINE nd replace it with a pre-defined MLEADER or LEADER that best suits your need.

Or you can give tha last segment of the polyline different starting and ending widths.
