Recently bought 2 seats for a yearly Subscription of AutoCADLT 2016.
For some reason I can only give access to 1 user and not both?

Seems the issue was slightly deeper that I originally thought, although Account says there is 2 seats available there is acctually only 1. My service provider has issued a critical case with autodesk so fingers crossed we get things up and running ASAP.
