I have AutoCad LT 2004. I have transferred it via an external hard drive to my new laptop which has Windows Vista. It was working using the external hard drive on my old laptop using Windows XP.
It attempts to run the software but I am now getting a Fatal Error message. It reads:
" The product Authorization file cannot be stored in the required location. Please re-install this product"
The problem I have is that the disks were lost a while back.
I have checked the Serial Number and Activation Code with Autodesk and they are correct.
Is it still possible to run the software ?
