A portion of a sub-ribbon (?) is missing

Hello,

I searched ribbons and have tried many time today to return my ribbon to include all DWG files that are open at a glance.  This ribbon appeared just under the main tool box ribbon.   Apologies if this appears to be simple...

I inadvertently collapsed the main tool ribbon and was able to reset it, but the sub-ribbon does not appear.

I included a snip of one of my DWG files...the sub-ribbon that I am referring to includes "start" and Fonte Planting Plan July 7, 2020.  I can toggle between DWG files quickly with this feature.

Sub-Ribbon? Do you just need to run FILETAB command https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/learn-explore/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-t...
