2018 LT: Line grip edit in Absolute units not Relative

I draw a line or polyline 5000mm long. I try to stretch the line by grabbing the end grip pulling it in the desired direction, and typing 200.

This should make the line 5200mm long.

Instead the line is now 200mm long.

Usually the grip edit values are relative, now they seem set to absolute.

How do I set it back to Relative?

DSETTINGS Options is already on "relative" for dynamic input pointer options.

Solved it, yay

DYNMODE was set to 3. it needs to be set to 1 to work like it always has done up until now when it changed randomly.
