2010LT has started craching

Hello all

My system has recently started to randomly crash.

More often than not, recovery is not an option, which is even more frustrating than the crash.

I've installed all the recent updates, and from what I can gather, my computer and OS are plenty capable of running the software, as they've been doing so for quite some time.

Other than maybe a auto Windows update, there have been no significant changes to my computer.

System details:

  • Windows Pro 10 ver. 1703
  • OS build 15063.296
  • Processor Intel Core i7 @2.40 GHZ
  • RAM 12G
  • System type 64-bit, x64 based processor

Any info and/or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Fredrick

Welcome to the Forums

Unfortunately LT2010 is not supported in Windows 10. It's time to upgrade

If you're on a deadline and need to access the software I would recommend running the trial version.

You can download the trial here: http://autodesk.creativevirtual15.com/autodesk/bot.html?isJSEnabled=1&businessArea=Root.Front%20Desk
