Zoom Extents

Hi All,

Just a quick question, Is there a command line, or a procedure to correct an erroneous Zoom Extents Command.

From time to time when I execute a Zoom Extents command, it Zooms way out and beyond what is drawn. I've used the

Erase Window to see if anything is hidden out there, but the "Object Selected" always reads zero.

Obviously, this is not a major issue overall, but it sure can be annoying.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated

Use CTRL+A to see the object after you zoomed Extents.

Check if any layer is not turned off. When layer is turned off and zoom extent is applied the object still appears in the background, but it will not be visible. Try turning "on" all the layers and see if the problem resolves. If not then try to using the command "PURGE" , "AUDIT" and "RECOVER" to fix problems in the drawing. If none of these solve your problem them please upload the drawing so that we can check from our end 🙂
