Your online activation request has returned an error (404) and ((800c0005)

Good afternoon

I am trying to activate my autocad with my serial number, but error 404 occurs as per the attached image.

I tried link mode https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Processing-Error-Your-on...

But as soon as I try to perform offline displays the error (800c0005).

Could you help me with any solution to this problem?
