Here it goes amazing AutoCad comunity.

The office upgraded a wek ago to AutoCad 2019. I noticed some changes but what I am most irritaded and confused by is the following.
e worka lot with XREFS and usually if I double click on an xrefs and make a small change (for instance move something) I simply click on the safe ad close button for xrefs and my drawing has updated onto its original file,
However, I am curently nor able to safe nor excit my xref once in it because there is no option to sefe an exit. Nor can I safe and exit my original drawing.
Please, help is needed.

Could you show us some screen shots so that we can fully understand your question?

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.

Can you confirm that you installed 2019.0.1?  Is there a reason you cannot use XOPEN instead of REFEDIT (if the update didnt fix this issue)?

If using the Ribbon then the choice to save the changes is in the upper right hand side.  You can also hit the right mouse button and pick the option there.  Finally you can use the REFCLOSE command at the command line to type that in.

Always save a copy of the drawing before trying anything suggested here.
