XREF not appearing in model space.

I've attached an XREF, but it's not appearing in model space. I've turned every layer on, audited and purged the file being referenced, and it's still not showing up. 

The file in question is attached.

Hi,

Is it the external  or the host file? If you are talking about Xrefs, I expect one master and one or more xrefs / external files.

What program you are talking? You posted in AUTOCAD board

And I was able to xref this file without an problem.

Sample attached. I added a pline, so you will easier finde all the content of your X-CIVIL file.
