Hi,

am using Autocad 2020. And I saved all the dwg files as Autocad 2013. (because other coworkers use AutoCAD 2013).
Sometime I kept have XREF problem. it's hard to explain the issue. so please find the attachment for details.

Any help would be appertained. Thanks!

there are lots of tips here, one or more of your drawings' BASE/Basepoint entries is shifting https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/xref-moving-without-user-action/td-p/4814461

Share before and after files here if you can.

Hi,

>>" And I saved all the dwg files as Autocad 2013"

Nothing to do with that.

Only reason: Someone edited the (Xref)files or your Acad attached the wrong files (now, or before).

Doublecheck the "FOUND IN" propertie in Details section of External References palette

before (not possible now) and after the issue appears.

If it is the same path&file?

And another question: Is the current position correct? (I am pretty sure the scalefactor and position of your external reference object dodn't changed, but the content of the linked file - or the linked file themself.)

Check the Edit-Date of this Xref files..
