Why my dimensions are still not associative?

Hi all!

I am going crazy 😄

My dimassoc system variable is on 2.

In the options "new dimensions are associative" is checked.

Yet i have noticed my new dimensions are still not associated...

Here is a block. If you use the loopup action the upper dimension (wich I copied from an other drawing) is associative, mine not. 

Dimreassociate command can't solve it.

What seems to be the problem?

In the plain AutoCAD I can do >>this<<. 

If this doesn't work for you - I know, Map3D has often its own "rules" ( in my experience). I'd suggest to ask in the appropriate forum.
