@rismawan_jaya Have you installed the 2022.1.3 Update yet? Go get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards.

You can restart AutoCAD in safemode if needed after that, see the highlighted section here

Once back in the program: Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD2022.

It looks like you are not logged in and that may be part of the problem as well.

This seems to be the LGS (Let's Get Started) window when launching AutoCAD after first install.

 

Take a look at these suggestions:



Select the "Mark as Solution" if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
