Why???????? Is it when I search

this discussion forum changes my search?  I searched for eattedit and this forum changed it to attempt.   I'm ATTEMPTing to do a search for eattedit which is an AutoCAD Command NOT the word ATTEMPT.  Does this forum understand that AutoCAD commands are/should be keywords?  Not ATTEMPT!!!!    Stop ATTEMPTing to read ouir minds, you are lousy at it!!!

This has been raised before over in the Community Feedback Forum [a more appropriate place for this kind of issue], and perhaps elsewhere.  I thought they had straightened it out [see the last two message there] -- I hope it hasn't reverted.

I had a similar thing happen earlier today ("arial" was changed to "areas"), so it appears to have "reverted".

I'm actually glad to know this, as I was beginning to worry (more than I usually do) about the condition of my brain.

Just posted in the Community Feedback area but also wanted to follow up over here.

We recently pushed through some visual improvements to the search page which appears to have broken something that we had previously fixed. That said, we are looking into the issue where text is automatically being replace, and the original is moved down into the 'Search instead for' prompt and will keep everyone updated accordingly.

My apologies for the inconvenience and thank you very much for your patience and understanding in the mean time.

Following up on this one, the search function should no longer be auto-correcting any text. Please let me know if you are also seeing the same thing where it is functioning properly.
