Nothing, only if you have no contract,

Phone only if you have a support conract for phone support.

We don't know about your product and contracts.

There is a support for chats with directly experts, Autodesk email and also for phone support.

Most of them are very good people.

?

Product Name/Version?

Google Search says...

Open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription and want Autodesk help: https://autodesk.secure.force.com/Customer/apex/Case_CustomerPortalLandingPage  and https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options/we...

OR

Schedule a call here (AFAIK they got rid of the direct call in Customer Number a few years back)
https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options/ph...

Other phone options
If your contract includes a direct phone number to a product support specialist, you'll see support phone numbers and a service ID in Contact Support https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support/technical-support
For more information, see Finding your phone support information https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/find-numbers and Tips for using phone support https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/tips

Or...

The Autodesk Services Marketplace: customers can start using this site to connect with, and hire, Autodesk-Approved service providers for truly personal help. Use the link below:

Hi,

>> Why is autodesk support so horrible?

Sorry, it seems like you had no contact to Autodesk, but you are writing that their support is horrible.

...strange...

Besides of that, if you have a question, place your question(s) here, not ranting. We can try to answer questions, but not answer ranting.

You came to a user support forum to complain. Why didn't you ask about your issues here? Half of getting support is knowing where to look for it. The other half is knowing what to say when you've found it.

Maybe it's because i am beginner but forum help doesn't look usefull at all. Firstly half of forum isn't working since i was trying to use it. Secondly everytime i found something i was looking for question was answered with useless advice like ...check your drivers or not at all. And today their tutorials on official pages don´t load pictures. But when i am at it i will ask. How can i use wall calculator when using poly based mesh from blender to not getting crash? and secondly why when i was using tutorial for turbine did it crashed without without avaibility to reopen? it says it got corrupt. Everytime it does´t like something it crashes instead of just not doing it.

@Anonymous  Forum help is dependent on how the question is asked and the supporting information provided. A lot of the questions asked in the forums can be answered with an internet search. The key is to use correct terminology

The single most important thing is posting in the correct forum.

@Anonymous  Here are the various Autodesk support offerings https://knowledge.autodesk.com/contact-support
You may need to be logged into your Autodesk Account in order to see an accurate list of the options available to you.

If your support options allow you to submit a Support Request, you can do that here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/subscription-management/support-options/web-support/submit-view-cases

You may be able to schedule a time for Autodesk Support to call you http://autode.sk/1TSyG4l

Everyone has the ability to leave Autodesk feedback on their support, or any other subject http://www.autodesk.com/company/contact-us/product-feedback

Be careful.

The Inventor Fanboys hate it whenever someone rants or complains about autodesk subscrition products.
