Why is Acwebbrowser.exe using 10% CPU after restart with no Autocad opened?

I'm not asking how to disable it, I will find such solutions. I wan't to know what this process is actually doing that supposedly justifies it using 10% CPU (i7 quad core) after clean restart with no Autodesk product opened?  Don't spare the details, I'm a programmer.

Are you mining Bitcoins on our systems..?

You might want to read this: Multiple instances of acwebbrowser.exe *32 (Chromium Host Executable) running in Windows Task Manage....

You can minimize the process and only allow what you need. See if it helps.
