So I can make 2 identical multileaders based off the same style, but one almost looks bold in CAD while the other is normal. When they print, they seem to appear fine but in CAD they look off. Anyone run into this?

.TTF fonts tend to "look" bolder on-screen with width factors other than 1, and when not "viewed head-on" [@imadHabash's suggestion is about that].  But as you say, they don't print differently.

I did see this but this applies to text only, not mutlileaders as far as I can tell.
