why cant we solprof blocks?

A colleague asked me why we can't solprof blocks. 

does anyone know why?

it sure would save quite a lot of time bursting all blocks in very large models

thats an easy answer: [F1] SolProf

Is for use on 3D solids only.

BlockREFERENCES are not 3dsolids.

Or in other words: It is not designed for it.
