Uncheck the Invert Filter option at the bottom left of the layer manager

If you invert "ALL" you get "nothing" 🙂

Get in the habit of making your pop-ups smaller and scanning it all around, you seem to be only looking at the very top.

After another look it seems the columns are missing for Name, On, Off, etc.  Right click where the columns should be and select Restore all columns to defaults.

When I right-click, I don't get the same menu.

I see all the Layers in your sample drawing in the Layer Manager:

So I imagine it must be something about your setup, not about that drawing.

Or....    I can just reboot my computer, which is what I probably should have done in the beginning, instead of wasting everyone's time...
