When printing a schematic from AutoCAD 2024 on a Canon TM-300 plotter, the preview window does not appear

When printing a schematic from AutoCAD 2024 on a Canon TM-300 plotter, the preview window does not appear (although it did before) and the diagram is immediately sent to print - because of this, a lot of extra paper is consumed, because something may be incorrectly configured and I cannot see it without a preview window. How can I fix this? Everything works in other applications (Adobe Acrobat, etc.). The drivers are recent.

How are you triggering the PREVIEW window, and from which pop-up or button?

And if you use PREVIEW command, does that work without sending it to the printer?

Can I send screenshots step by step? (I have a non-English version of the system)

@ttbis Thank you for those images: this is not AutoCAD's PREVIEW, you'll have to ask Canon for support

This is the PREVIEW that is in the program we all have and use

If you mean this,

then it works so that I can see the print status that I set, but I can't see, for example, what size paper is currently installed on the printer. I don't get feedback from the printer in this case

I just thought that since it works in other programs, but does not work in AutoCAD, then the problem is with Autocad. I will contact Canon support then. Thanks!
