When plotting to PDF, lines on the same layer appear differently

Hi, I have an issue when plotting to PDF, lines that are on the same layer in my drawing when plotted appear dark in some areas and light grey in others to where it's not even visible.

I think it may have to do with the some of the lines being curved or having curved properties and other lines being totally straight.

So my curved lines, grey to invisible

Straight lines dark.

I figure there must be a setting or something that I need to adjust, but I do not know what that is.

Is that screenshot from your PDF viewer? If yes, zoom in as close as you can to the objects, do they automagically fix themselves or remain faint?

The screenshot is Adobe Acrobat. When I zoom in it was still greyed out. I played around with vector and raster values and set my vector to 400 dsi and the raster to 400 dsi and it straightened out. Any vector value higher would make the curved lines grey.

The changes also carried over to color plots fixing those as well.

If there is any other input you may have in the issue as to how I may improve in this I'd be open to hear.

The plots are better but still a bit faint on the dwg to pdf conversion, but better than the original screenshot I uploaded.

Do you use plot style tables or any other means to assign lineweights? That may be what you need to do next, change those settings.
